A solar powered light on the top of a bus stop switched on by a sensor to draw attention to passengers waiting at dark stops and for passengers safety.


 

Solar powered lights on rural bus stops, not only safer for passengers at the stop and more visible to bus drivers on dark winter nights, it is also environmentally friendly.

Enforcement of no parking on or near bus stops

Pavements at bus stops extended into the road. This would make it safer for passengers waiting for buses and easier for wheelchair users boarding the buses

It would also allow parking either side of the bus stops without affecting the buses stopping at the stops

Improves the drivers view of passengers waiting at the stop.

At bus stops near schools a 20 mph whilst passing whether or not a bus is at the stop.
